About Castello di Roncade:

The “Castello di Roncade,” which produces their own prosecco, is a perfect representation of rural Venetian society. The castle is located in Treviso, just a few minutes from the province of Venice. A small, charming town, Treviso is commonly known as the birthplace of prosecco itself.

Prosecco Brut:
Castello di Roncade’s Prosecco Brut, produced between Roncade and vineyards in Teson, is a fresh, balanced, and dry prosecco that is lively on the palate. It is a perfect choice for a delightful aperitif.

Prosecco Extra Dry:
Castello di Roncade’s Prosecco Brut Extra Dry, produced between Roncade and vineyards in Teson, is a fruity, slightly sweet prosecco with good acidity. It is also a perfect aperitif and pairs beautifully with dessert.

About South Italy Imports:

South Italy Imports, founded in 2001, was originally conceived as a supplier of Southern Italian products, specifically for the restaurant industry. Though its original focus was on ingredients like tomatoes, pizza sauces, artisanal pastas and extra virgin olive oil, the company expanded in 2005 and began importing wines from their first vineyard, Cantore di Castelforte. In 2009, Bill Binczak, the company’s president, created a new business model that focused on introducing Americans to indigenous wines from all 20 regions of Italy. Today, the company partners with 21 vineyards in 14 regions across Italy, and is committed to developing their wine portfolio in order to showcase Italy’s numerous and diverse varietals.
